A Sacramento man wanted in connection with a June 30th slaying in San Francisco’s Bayview District has been taken into custody, authorities announced Friday.
Joshua Pittman, 23, was taken into custody in Antioch, according to a San Francisco Police Department release.
Otto Brown, a 30-year-old San Francisco resident, was shot numerous times at about 3:05 p.m. in the 700 block of Kirkwood Avenue. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
No one else was hit by the gunfire, according to police.
